Catalonia is a community with a long tradition in the production of high quality artisan cheeses.

These products are obtained mainly from sheep, goat, cow or buffalo milk, and are clasified depending on their maturation, shape, rind, texture and, of course, their flavor.

If Catalan cheeses from Catalonia stand out in anything, it is in their artisan creation, with the delicacy of master cheesemakers from the region.
