Cow´s Milk

Cow’s milk is probably the most widely used to make Spanish cheese. Cows produce more milk than sheep and goats and therefore cheeses made from this type of milk are cheaper and more popular. Cow’s milk has less fat content than other milks and a creamy, smooth flavor, suitable for all kinds of palates. Among the best-known Spanish cheeses made from cow’s milk we find Tetilla cheese or Mahón-Menorca cheese.
