Bonvallis goat cheese is a semi-cured cheese made from pasteurized goat milk from the region of Castilla y Leon, a major producer of cheeses in Spain. It has a fresh texture and a creamy, acidic flavor. It comes from the same dairy as our award-winning Bonvallis Iberico, Bonvallis Castellano and Bonvallis sheep cheeses.
Bonvallis goat cheese goes well crusty with fresh bread, sweet wine jam or a slice of fig and almonds cake and accompanied by a young fruity white wine.
