Organic cheese montain
This cheese comes from milk of the goats of their own farm, which graze freely. they feed on what each natural season offers them, such as strawberry trees, rockrose, acorns, etc. our farm is ecologically certified and are not subjected to antibiotics or synthetic products, and the milk production is scarce but rich and aromatic. the cheeses are made with raw milk and their curing is natural, as we respect the flora that the cheese produces by nature, being this flora the one that gives it the characteristic flavor of our cheeses, with a pungent smell and taste (cured cheeses).
