Pasteurized goat’s milk cheese – camemkiss

This dairy produced the cheese with the milk from their own cattle. the milk comes only from the local málaga goat breed that graze freely.

Here the goats feed on broom, thyme, acorn, wild hay and olive leaves, all typical from jaén area. all these flavors and aromas are transferred to the milk providing our cheeses with a unique flavor.

These cheeses are made with the lactic bacteria present in milk and adding traditional rennet.
